Porto Sushi provides an online ordering platform for food pickup and delivery from our restaurants in Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano, Argentario (GR), Italy.

All orders are subject to availability and restaurant operating hours. Prices are listed in Euros and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order. Once payment is confirmed, the order is binding.

Delivery is available within designated areas around our restaurants. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand and conditions. A delivery fee may apply depending on the selected location.

For pickup orders, please collect your order at the selected restaurant within the indicated time slot. Uncollected orders may be discarded after 30 minutes past the scheduled time.

Orders may be cancelled within a short window after placement, subject to preparation status. Once an order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Allergen information is provided for guidance only. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact the restaurant directly before ordering. Porto Sushi cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Porto Sushi and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Porto Sushi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grosseto, Italy.
