Our Story
Our story is born from the sea
Between Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano we built a place where taste meets the territory, inspired every day by the colors of Argentario.
At Porto Sushi we believe in a cuisine built on balance, quality and craft: creative rolls, fresh sashimi, poké and specialties prepared with hand-picked ingredients every day.
Today this vision also reaches Rome, at the Circolo dell'Aeronautica in Ponte Milvio, carrying with it the full identity of Porto Sushi: the sea, the territory, and a unique way of experiencing taste.
